Book Details
Technology transfer within the FCCC (Framework Convention on Climate Change) is intended to be a mechanism which provides opportunities for international cooperation to facilitate economic growth of the developing countries with lower intensity of capital and primary energy use, and the consequent lower GHG emissions. During each of the sessions of the Conference of the Parties held in Berlin, as well as in Geneva, TERI organized parallel events to focus attention on issues that are included in the FCCC, but have not received adequate attention and analysis.
This publication represents the proceedings of the workshop held at the second session of the Conference of the Parties (COP-2) in Geneva, during July 1996.
