Policy note on regulatory issues in biofuels
To ensure proper evaluation of the potential and possibilities for the production of biofuels, TERI organized the ‘Policy discussion forum on regulatory issues in biofuels’ on 14 July 2006. This discussion was attended by numerous policy-makers, including several eminent stakeholders. This publication brings together the discussions held in this forum and highlights the important issues that need to be addressed by policy-makers, researchers, academics, and other stakeholders to be able to design effective regulatory frameworks for biofuels.
